Diet and exercise, depending on your body type and what your goals are. A VERY basic approach to do it on your own would be to do some form of cardio for 15-20 minutes, and 100 pushups daily. Sounds like alot of pushups, but if you need too, just break the 100 down. Do 10 when you wake up, 10 after lunch, 10 before cardio, 10 after cardio, etc etc. Or go to a gym and get a personalized workout.

Then go to a hospital and see the end result of not taking care of yourself--heart disease, diabetes, strokes--all the result of being overweight.





We're all going to die but we can have a more pleasant life with minimal doctors and hospitals in it if we take a little care of ourselves.
