Man advice please!?

I had a great time with one of my male collegues on a work night (ages ago) just chatting away in the corner away from everyone else-his attention was on me fully.We kissed a few times and he asked for my number and insisted i take his too. He txt a couple times that night. The next time i seen him in workso he used a lame excuse to talk to me at then just giggled and smiled as did I. That's when I knew I liked him. I text him after that and he never answered but has tried to speak to me in work on occassion but comes out with ridiculous comments then blushes and gives up. We both also pretend we don't even see each other at times but it's obvious we can. Sometimes i catch him lookin then he looks away- sometimes he holds my gaze. He quite often walks by me. We work in a busy place in different departments so it's hard to get talking plus I'm shy. We hav kissed recently again in front of his friends (he made the move). He remembers the first time clearlyMan advice please!?
Maybe he isnt tech savvy as you and just doesnt like texting or using his phone much. Im not the best getting back to my wife cuase im not much into it. I try but i can easy forget about my phone for hours at a time.Man advice please!?
is he shy? maybe he likes you but sounds like you make him nervous. Easiest way to find out... ask him out the worse thing that can happen is he say no
i'm not a big fan of office romance but in your case, maybe there is a need for an exception. it sounds like he is interested in you. if you really like him and want to see if there might be chemistry, try asking him out for a change. don't even worry about him not replying to text messages. i hate sending text messages, too, especially to females i like. it just gives me awkward feeling. anyway, if i were you, i would take the initiative, be straight up and let him know exactly how you feel. put the ball in his hands. you never know...he just might take the ball and run with it. i'm betting he wants to ask you out and just doesn't know how to approach you about it.

perhaps you should just go talk to him, just act as though no one else is around but you and him. Walk straight up to him and ask him what the deal is, either he likes you or he doesn't. I know easier said than done, but think of it as a party you see him at that neither of you really know anyone there, but you spot him and go talk to him. You can do it, don't tell yourself you can't.
